Its all about the coffee. Quality, consistency and flavour. We consider every detail in our process, its been honed down to a fine art over the years. The sourcing of the coffees, how they are grown and processed. Securing supply chains, direct trade with our partner farmers. The storage of the coffees when they arrive at the roastery and the tweaking of the roast profiles seasonally. Every facet of the process has been carefully considered and perfected. We strive to offer the best roasted coffee we can, always.
Specialty coffee requires specialty equipment. The equipment we provide to our partner cafes is also in use in our own cafes. We value reliability and technical support, we have technicians on hand and the parts in stock. Equipment we rely on includes La Marzocco, Anfim, Mazzer and Puqpress.
At Double Roasters we pride ourselves on visiting our partner cafes regularly. We deliver the coffee weekly, not third party couriers. We build relationships with your baristas, give constructive feedback, tips and solutions. We can perform simple preventative maintenance, identify technical problems and have them rectified before they become an issue. You don’t have to place a call, it just happens. Your success is our success.
Whether you are an owner operator or running your business under management, a quality barista is a must. Double Roasters provides a range of training at our facility or at your cafe. We can tailor training sessions to cover all skill levels. We can train complete beginners through to seasoned professionals, or simply help your crew brush up on there latte art skills.
We fully understand the hectic nature of running a successful small business and have developed a comprehensive line of products to help streamline yourordering. Double Roasters stocks everything you need to make great coffee and non- caffeinated beverages. We carry a huge range of teas, syrups and powders and there’s a large selection of hardware and tools. One supplier, one order, one invoice making your life a little less hectic.

Do you supply equipment?
Yes we can supply equipment to suit your cafe.
Will you service my equipment?
If the equipment is supplied by Double Roasters, we will have a scheduled maintenance routine. If its your machine we can facilitate maintenance on your behaf.
What if my machine breaks down?
We have techs on the road 7 days a week, in the unlikely event of a breakdown, we are generally onsite in under 1 hour.
Do you have a minimum weekly order?
No, although we do only deliver once per week.
Will you train my Baristas?
Absolutely, we love to train baristas either in your own shop or at ours.
How do I place orders?
We have an ordering system that runs on your smart phone or laptop, simple to use and you get reminders to order for the following week.
Can I use your coffee straight away?
Yes, our coffee arrives at your shop 7 days after roasting and is good to go.
Do you have branded accessories for my shop?
Yes we carry windbreaks, umbrellas, t-shirts and hats. We can also arrange window stickers and custom gear.
Will you give us exposure on social media?
Yes, we run blogs, posts and even interviews with our wholesale partners.
